it's only 5:38am and my head is bursting with lyrics from some old songs.

Let's see here,

"what a day today has been"

"looking for love in all the wrong places"

"I'm already there"

"take this job and shove it"

yep, bursting with song today.......

I also got my usual email regarding Illustration Friday's topic for a drawing, this week it is "surprise." I have lots of ideas for that one.

How about the old song, 'One good turn...will usually get all of the covers'.

*LOL* Cliff!

My personal favorite was always "I Stepped Into A Pile Of Love And Got You All Over Me."

Glad you're full of song, Bridge!

How nice to see you Cliff! I hope you come by more often for a visit. The red carpet is out....Hi Aravis, nice to see you too.

I really didn't mean that about my job ya know....I really like my job....but these dang songs keep on playing....Ya know I never heard of those songs before you guys.....I think you're all pulling my finger ;)

Sadly, I wasn't. That was a real country song in the late 70's or early 80's and was featured in some movie about a wild catter who falls in love with a geologist who keeps getting in his way. I wish I could remember the name of the movie, but it wasn't a big one with real stars, so I can't recall. You'll just have to take my word for it I'm afraid. *G*
