"To fail to speak to the utter moral corruption of the mass destruction of civilians was to fail as a Christian and as a priest. Hiroshima and Nagasaki happened in and to a world and a Christian church that had asked for it - that had prepared the moral consciousness of humanity to do and to justify the unthinkable."

- Father George Zabelka, Catholic chaplain for the 509th Composite Group, the atomic bomb crew.

Correct me if I'm dreaming, but I could have sworn I read a post here about your marriage ending? Am I totally off the map, or did you delete it?

Taza

As a matter of fact Taza it was there, but now it's not. I basically put it there for the few, and I do mean few, regular readers that I have that have wondered where I've been off to. After they left me comments, and I knew they read it,and by the way I do appreciate yours, I felt I could take it off again. It was not mean't for all eyes.

that was my first visit to your blog, so you can imagine my confusion....and i think it's both brave and necessary for you both to let go and find your higher selves again.

blessings on that journey.
