If, as I suspect is the case, the person saying this is the person with whom you've chosen to live, I would be very careful about responding to this. You went into this knowing she had very different beliefs. So I would either advise you to talk with her at some point about how to handle your differing points of view best(which would probably amount to agreeing to disagree as amicably as possible), or ignore it.

Or, and this is not recommended in your situation, every time something goes wrong for this person you could point out to them that they should simply suck it up as God's punishment for their sins.
